Ingredients
1/2 avocado (great for a more creamy drink),
½ large cucumber,
juice of 1/2 lemon,
2 large kale leaves
2 large stems of fresh mint
1 small firm pear
400ml unsweetened coconut water or filtered alkaline water
2 tbsp flax or hemp seeds
1 fresh date, pitted (optional)

Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and combine until desired texture and consistency is reached.
Additional water may be needed depending on size of fruits & veggies.
Plus, adding a bit of crushed ice is sometimes a good added extra!
